Stay Ready ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Stay Ready application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information You Provide - Name and profile information you enter during onboarding - Training goals, mesocycle plans, and workout logs - Joint health assessments and check-in data - Gym profile and equipment preferences - "Reason for training" text and optional motivation photo HealthKit Data With your explicit permission, the App reads from Apple HealthKit: - Body weight - Sleep analysis - Calorie data (active and dietary) We never write data to HealthKit without your explicit action. HealthKit data is read in real-time and is not stored on external servers. Hero Verification Data If you request free access as a military member, veteran, law enforcement officer, firefighter, or EMT, we collect the following via email: your name, email address, and branch/category of service. This information is used solely to verify eligibility for the Hero entitlement. Your service category is stored locally on your device. We do not request or store military IDs, credentials, or other identity documents. Third-Party Service Providers - RevenueCat processes subscription management on our behalf. RevenueCat receives purchase receipts from Apple to verify your subscription status, track entitlements, and manage renewals. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. - Apple App Store processes all payments. We do not receive or store your payment information.

All training data is stored locally on your device using Apple SwiftData. We use your information to: - Personalise workout generation and volume recommendations - Calculate readiness scores and CNS fatigue indicators - Track your progress over time - Provide joint health coaching and recovery nudges We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal training data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features (Face ID, Touch ID, and device encryption). We do not operate servers that store your training data. Your workouts, check-ins, and assessments never leave your device unless you use an Apple service (such as iCloud backup) that you have separately configured.

The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to enhance your training experience. With your explicit permission, the App may read and/or write the following data types: Data we read from HealthKit: - Body weight — to personalise load recommendations and track progress - Sleep analysis (duration and stages) — to inform readiness and recovery scores - Active energy burned — for calorie tracking and TDEE estimation - Dietary energy consumed — for nutrition dashboard context - Heart rate variability (HRV) — for advanced readiness scoring - Resting heart rate — for recovery monitoring Data we write to HealthKit: - Workout sessions — so your Stay Ready workouts appear in Apple Health and close Activity rings - Dietary energy — food logs are optionally synced to Apple Health HealthKit data is used solely within the App to provide personalised fitness recommendations. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining. HealthKit data is never sold to third parties, shared with third parties for advertising purposes, or used for any purpose other than providing health and fitness services to you. HealthKit permissions are requested individually and can be revoked at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access. Removing HealthKit access does not delete your training data.

If you request the Hero entitlement, you send a short email to the developer with your service category (e.g., veteran, active duty, law enforcement). No documents, credentials, or third-party accounts are required or requested. Upon approval, the App stores a local flag on your device indicating your service category. This flag is used only to grant the Hero subscription entitlement and is never transmitted off your device.

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Subscription management (via RevenueCat) tracks your purchase history and entitlements to verify your subscription status. The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, by providing additional notice. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
