Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, body weight, workout data, nutrition logs, and health metrics. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and optionally your name and email. We also collect data you generate by using the app: workout sessions, exercise sets, check-ins, joint assessments, and readiness scores. With your permission, we read from Apple Health: sleep data, body weight, and nutrition information. We never write to Apple Health without your explicit action.

Your data is used to power the app's features: generating workout suggestions, calculating your readiness scores, tracking your Horsepower progress, and providing nutrition coaching. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with anyone except as required to operate the service (e.g., our infrastructure providers). Performance or recovery aid status ("enhanced" toggle) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers or included in any analytics.

On iOS, Stay Ready accesses Apple Health (HealthKit) data only with your explicit permission. On Android, Stay Ready accesses Google Health Connect data only with your explicit permission. Health data is used solely to improve your in-app experience — we do not share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or store it beyond what's necessary to display it to you. Sleep data feeds your sleep quality display. Body weight syncs bidirectionally. Nutrition data is read-only.

Your data is retained for as long as you have an account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Data → Delete Account. We fulfill data deletion requests within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days after deletion.

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights.

Stay Ready is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
