Stay Ready offers monthly and annual subscription plans, plus a one-time "Unlock Forever" purchase. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The 14-day free trial begins on your first sign-in. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. "Unlock Forever" grants lifetime access to Stay Ready Premium for the lifetime of the product — not the lifetime of the purchaser. This is not a perpetual license should the product cease to exist.

Purchases made through the iOS App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Purchases made on the web through our website are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used more than 50% of the subscription period. To request a refund for a web purchase, contact [email protected].

Stay Ready is NOT medical advice. The app is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. Do not use information from Stay Ready to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. The joint health triage system is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation.

You may use Stay Ready for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, redistribute, or resell the app or its content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

The Stay Ready name, logo, and all original content are the property of Stay Ready and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your workout data and personal information remain yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stay Ready is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Active subscriptions are not prorated upon voluntary termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits, to the extent permitted by law.
