How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Stay Ready → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Stay Ready → Cancel. On web: Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

How do I claim free access for military or first responders?

Email [email protected] with your branch of service or department. We'll upgrade your account manually — no verification service required. Limited to the first 1,000 spots.

My data isn't syncing across devices

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all platforms. Try force-closing and reopening the mobile app to trigger a sync.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Data → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
