Readiness simulator
How does a bad night change today?
Tell it how you woke up and how hard the week has been. The readiness score moves, and so does the session underneath it: fewer sets, a lighter bar, a lower cap. Not cancelled. Advice, never a lock.

Solid recovery. Today's session is good to go as planned.
The number on the dashboard ring: CNS 25%, the weakest muscle's readiness 10%, your check-in (energy and sleep) 50%, joints 15%. Under 45, or with the CNS in its rest zone, the app offers the lighter session: one fewer set, 90% loads, no top set, nothing past RPE 7. You can always start the full one.
Why it never cancels
A skipped session teaches you that a bad night means no training. A lighter one teaches you that a bad night means a different session. Over a year that is the difference between a habit and a streak of good intentions. So the app reshapes the day rather than removing it, and you can start the full session anyway.
What the real score knows
The sets you type here stand in for the ones the app reads from your log: the CNS score from the last 72 hours, and each muscle's sets against its weekly limit. The trend is held neutral. The app blends those with your check-in (energy and sleep) and your joint check into the number on the ring.
